retail therapy haul || and a message on healing, coping, and wellness

Hola lovelies!

I'm so glad I was finally able to post this video. In the beginning, I only planned to film a retail therapy haul video, but between the time I filmed it and now, there'd already been a lot of tough battles that came my way, there had been a lot of chaos that affected my wellness, and negative feelings that robbed my peace at night. And I realized I needed to remind myself that I am perfectly capable of healing, of coping, of finding back my wellness. Just like you are.

Hence, along with the haul in the background, is a message on healing, coping, and wellness. A reminder that we are all warriors here, wounded and broken, but victors nonetheless.

I hope. with whatever you're going through, this helps you, even for a bit.
