Double Rook and Connected passed pawns vs. Double rook and Bishop ends in a draw

Arpan Das (1960) holds GM Diptayan Ghosh (2484) to a draw in a Double rook endgame where Arpan had the compensation of two connected passed pawns for a Bishop in round 7 of All Bengal Open Rapid, Aaykar Bhawan.
