UK supreme court hears challenge on parliament's suspension - watch live

The UK supreme court is hearing a challenge on Tuesday and Wednesday against Boris Johnson's decision to prorogue parliament for five weeks, a suspension campaigner Gina Miller and ex-PM John Major argue is unlawful. This is the second day of an expected three days of the hearing.
