This comparison was already in my channel but it was so bad that times were not exactly comparable, so I remade the comparison. Both starts 5 frames before I swipe the card, and ends 5 frames after the "Checkpoint Reached" title appears. Usual way of going through that door is 04.767 seconds, while the crouch going through that door is 04.717 seconds (According to VirtualDub).
