Deputy President William Ruto is urging the youth to take advantage of student loans issued by the government to enroll in technical institutions. Ruto who presided over the 15th graduation ceremony at Eldoret youth polytechnic, says the country’s development agenda was geared towards promoting technical skills saying there is an untapped market for the youth to harness from.
