According to sources, out of a total of 14 ministers this time, 8 of BJP, 4 of JJP and 2 of independent MLAs will be made ministers. While the BJP wanted to give only 3 ministers to its ally, the JJP, but till the end, the JJP remained adamant on demanding 2 cabinet and 2 ministers of state. In this regard, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala also had a conversation with Amit Shah and asked Shah to give four ministers to the JJP. Sources reveal that the BJP has now agreed to give 4 ministers to the JJP.
On the other hand, sources indicate that the cabinet of the new coalition government has been prepared this time by serving different districts, castes and regions. This time two women can also be made ministers in terms of caste equations. Both of these women ministers can be from the BJP, because if sources are to be believed, the JJP has decided to keep Naina Chautala out of the cabinet this time. Two-time MLAs Seema Trikha and Kamlesh Dhanda and Nirmala Rani are among the contenders for women ministers from BJP.
In addition to the claimants of the ministers, MLAs from BJP account Anil Vij, Kanwarpal Gurjar, Subhash Sudha, Harvindra Kalyan, Dr. Kamal Gupta, Dr. Abhay Singh Yadav, Dr. Banwari Lal, Ranbir Gangwa, Dr. Krishna Midda, Ramkumar Kashyap, The claim of Moolchand Sharma and Mahipal Dhanda is considered strong. On the other hand, the names of MLAs Ishwar Singh, Devendra Singh Babli, Anup Dhanak and Ramkumar Gautam are ahead from the JJP, but MLA Ramkaran Kala is also seeking a ministerial berth from the JJP. Similarly, among independents Randhir Singh Chautala, Balraj Kundu and Randhir Golan are considered almost certain to be ministers.
