Here in this training video Tony asks the question which timeframe to look at.
The question is a good one. It’s commonly asked by all traders no matter how they are trading.  However, there is an underlying issue with thinking like this.

After all what is market data?
Is market date delivered in time slots or blocks?
Think about this for a while and you must come to the logical explanation of where time frames come from.
They come from US.
We create them - NOT the market.
The market is a constant STREAM of data. Our use of timeframes should ONLY be for the purpose of looking at the STREAM to work out what is going on WITHIN the STREAM.
