A lawsuit filed against Turkey Leg Hut in Houston over its smokers has been 'suspended'. The legal battle that has been going on for the past couple of weeks ended with the plaintiff saying they will not pursue further legal action for now.
Beware, because they may try to comeback with another angle to attack the popular restaurant.
