In my last video I talked about the power of consonants. Now it’s time do do our vowels some justice.

If you are told you sound too cold and formal, you may want to think about the balance between your consonants and vowels - how much time you spend on them.

While consonant-heavy speech communicate formality, authority and clarity, , spending more time on vowels helps you express more emotion and to emphasise what’s important.
