My Youtube income: Small channel but a mighty audience.I started to monetize my videos just over two years ago, a couple dollars a day has grown to a couple hundred. This is the gateway for other streams of online income as well.
Affiliate links. Using amazon affiliate and kit I created curated Airbnb spaces, lists of needed products, and special product recommendations that allow airbnb hosts to close the gap between starting an airbnb business and completing the furnishing process.
Clarity consulting calls. As a way to allow airbnb hosts, investors, realtors, and others to discuss this new booming market segment, I keep a link to talk with me in most of my videos. Persons pay by the minute to talk with me about airbnb, investing and operating strategy around this niche.
Pricing strategy course, as of just a few days ago I published my first educational product. Dedicated to helping hosts maximize their income using pricing strategies I've designed running my portfolio of 100 airbnbs.
Airbnb. This is the bulk of my income. Millions a year. We look at my bank deposits to show our payout totals. This is after we pay hotel and occupancy taxes and pay airbnb their cut.
Not included is my media company (my oldest business), my property management income (running airbnbs I don't have the leases for) and for my non airbnb rental income. They didn't get deposited during this 5 days, so they don't count towards this video!
This video should show you two things. I want you to understand that with dedication and drive you can build big incomes in many ways, and often in ways you don't expect. And I want you to understand that there are some you tubers out there who live to create, there are others who create to live. You should focus on building real income through means you can control. Don't rely on youtube, or course sales, or anything based on your reputation and attention to get paid, that's a high risk play. Keep going Keep growing. I'll see you on the other side.
