5-7 minutes warm up for your rotator cuff

stretching for whole body

1 - pushups 4x10
2- pushups 4x15
3- pushups 4x ( increment order - 10,12,15,20 reps)
4- pushups 4x ( decrement order - 2018,16,14 reps)
6- decline chest press - 4x8-10 reps
for beginners - 3x8-10 reps
7- cable crossover - 4x10-12 reps
8- dumbbell pullover - 4x10-12 reps
