POTATO SOUP RECIPE
3 LBS PEELED& CHOPPED POTATOES
2 CUPS MUSHROOMS CHOPPED
1/2 LARGE ONION THINLY SLICED
4-5 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
2 CUPS WATER
2 CUPS UNSWEETENED SOY MILK

SEASONINGS
2 TBSP ITALIAN SEASONING
3-4 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
1 TSP CAYENNE (OPTIONAL)
2 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
SALT TO TASTE
Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in a little water or soy sauce for 5-8 min. Set aside.
Place potatoes and water in instant pot and cook 20 minutes.
Once the potatoes are done add in soy milk and seasonings and blend until its a creamy consistency. Add in your mushroom/onion garlic mix and serve.
