After many years of moving from one country to the next, Foster was ready to settle but found it a challenge to find work in the Fashion Industry, to pursue his passion as a designer and stylist.

He was ready to give up and was willing to settle with any type of work, even factory work. However, one day the Lord spoke to him through his Pastor, Pastor Richard Peña, and asked him: "Foster, what do you want?" Foster knew it was God and he immediately understood that God was demanding his faith. Acting on the words spoken he immediately sent applications to companies he wanted to work for, even if they did not advertise. In one week he had 3 interviews. He accepted work with Garrison Bespoke, which is an exclusive company that is known for dressing celebrities like Drake and other high profile clients such as Athletes, Actors, and business moguls.
