The new law states that if you don't make your channel set as made for kids and it is, you may get a fine up to 42k.
Too stay in the safe side, people (not all) are making there channel set as made for kids.

This means there income is lower so may not upload here as much.

This is as far as I know. I suggest you look more into it. There is a petition to help save youtube and follow Coppa. And again, I suggest that you look more into this.
