My favorite Malaysian food. Why is this stuff is so awesome? (Roti Canai)

Malaysia is home to plenty of fantastic food options but most of them fall into one of three cuisines, Chinese, Indian and Arabic, and there aren't really that many truly considered "Malaysian" dishes. Having said that, of the Malaysian food that IS available, my favorite has to be roti canai, a flatbread served with daal inspired by but different from Indian paratha. It is absolutely delicious and luckily, available pretty much everywhere. Be sure to try this tasty dish when you visit Malaysia!
