I woke up this morning and this video was absolutely incredible. The chief of police is not the kind of “man” you’d want on your bad side. I probably wouldn’t even want him on my good side either. I don’t think I’d care to ever know he ever existed, but unfortunately, he’s the babysitter of many minions that exert authority over a town.
