Limiting beliefs impact on every level of our lives. Yet they can be hard to break. In this video I give you nine journal prompts to help you with one of the hardest limiting beliefs - I am not acceptable. This can also show up as I am not good enough. Or even no one will like me.

Journal Prompts: 1. why do i feel unaccepted? 2. when did this start? 3. what happens if no one ever accepts me 4. will I be okay 5. what is the chance of no one ever accepting me 6. who already accepts me for who I am 7. what if no one new ever accepts me 8. what if I try to repeal people, try to not be accepted. How would I do that? 9. Does that act actually cover a part of the authentic me?
