School food delivery employee helps Modesto PD in suspect arrest

The Modesto Police Department is thanking a man who helped them get a suspect in custody on Friday. Anthony Madrigal was presented with the Modesto Police Challenge Coin after helping officers who were chasing a suspect. Police said they were trying to detain a man, Harley McAllister, who was sleeping behind a church. Get the full story in the video above.
